GCSE Examining Board

GCSE Child Development focuses on parenthood, pregnancy and childbirth along with the development of children from ages 0-5

At GCSE, Child Development will be assessed through
- two written exams lasting 1 hour (40% of final mark)
- an investigation task (40% of final mark)
- an investigation short task (20% of final mark)
